Disciplinary records related to Student Organizations are kept on file with Student Conduct Services. While FERPA prohibits unauthorized disclosure of information considered personally identifiable to any individual student if that information would be considered part of that student’s education record, the University believes students seeking to gain membership within a Student Organization should have the opportunity to review the organization’s general disciplinary history.
