The Student Resolution Center
Assists, educates and supports CSU students and the Campus community through two processes:
Conflict Resolution Services
Voluntary, neutral, confidential support for students navigating disputes, procedural challenges, and interpersonal conflict. Services include conflict coaching, consultation, mediation, facilitation and restorative justice.
Student Conduct Services
One-on-one meetings to discuss alleged violations of the Student Conduct Code. Hearing officers listen to student perspectives, determine responsibility, ensure accountability and provide educational and restorative outcomes when appropriate.
