About Us

The Student Resolution Center

Supporting students as they navigate challenges and explore their impact as members of the CSU community.

Dignity

Honoring each individuals’ personal experiences and story

Agency

Empowering individuals to make informed choices

Integrity

Acting equitably and transparently in all that we do

We assist, educate and support CSU students and the Campus community through two processes:

Conflict Resolution Services

Voluntary, neutral, confidential support for students navigating disputes, procedural challenges, and interpersonal conflict. Services include conflict coaching, consultation, mediation, facilitation and restorative justice.

Student Conduct Services

One-on-one meetings to discuss alleged violations of theĀ Student Conduct Code. Hearing officers listen to student perspectives, determine responsibility, ensure accountability and provide educational and restorative outcomes when appropriate.
