This series of workshops (3 consecutive weeks of 2 hour class) is a group-based educational program for students who have been found responsible for multiple violations of the conduct code. It utilizes elements of cognitive behavioral psychology, which asserts that one’s actions are largely influenced by one’s thoughts and feelings.
You’ll learn how to evaluate your decision-making skills, assess risky situations and work towards positive future goals.
94% of past students strongly agreed or agreed that as a result of attending the workshop they are able to recognize thinking errors that may lead to negative consequences. 97% of participants strongly agreed or agreed that they were able to recognize strategies that will increase/decrease risk.
