Hearing Outcomes

  • The hearing officer may decide to find you responsible or not responsible, or may choose to take no action regarding the charges.
  • If you are found responsible for conduct code violations, the hearing officer will assign a discipline level and may require you to complete one or more sanctions.
  • The hearing officer will send you the outcome in a letter or email attachment, usually within business 10 days of the hearing.
